Please note that there may be delays in shipping due to stock in the warehouses, and we are not responsible for any of these delays that may occur. Thank you for being patient and understanding if your products are taking longer to be delivered. If there is an issue with your order or you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Q: Do you print the shirts yourself?
A: We go through our provider Printify! We choose each shirt style and color ourselves. We always order a shirt before I add it to the shop, just to ensure that it stands up to our quality. They will be the ones shipping your shirts to you.
Q: I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
A: Go ahead and shoot us an email with your order information. We'll try our best to get it all sorted for you. Keep in mind that we are working through a third party provider, and have to go through them to get the issue resolved.
Q: My shirt is misprinted!
A: Please reach out to us if there is an issue with the misprint, and we will reach out to the provider to issue a reprint of your product. We must verify that the product has a misprint by asking for photo evidence to pass along. If the product is not misprinted, we will not be able to continue with a reprint or refund.
We do not provide refunds for those who no longer are interested in the product after receiving, but if there is an issue with the order, we will be happy to resolve it to the best of our ability .
